Body Measurement Guide

|
NECK WIDTH Measure around the middle of neck where collar sits at the front, add 2cm to what you have measured.
|
|
|
SHOULDER WIDTH Measure across the top of the shoulder from one edge to the other. Ensure you take the curved contour over the top of the shoulders.
|
|
|
ARM LENGTH Straighten the arm and measure from the shoulder seam to your little finger, then minus 2cm.
|
|
|
LENGTH Measure from the base of the collar until the desired length.
|
|
|
CHEST Stand up-right, place the tape just under the armpits and measure around the upper (fullest) part of the chest. Leave a finger space in your measurement.
|
|
|
WAIST Measure around the fullest part of the waistline around the largest part of the stomach. Do not hold your stomach in. Leave a finger space in your measurement.
|
|
|
HIP Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Leave a finger space in your measurement.
|

|
WRIST Measure around wrist bone.
|

|
ARM Measure around your upper arm at the widest part.
